Service Terms & Agreement
This service agreement between Beyond Media Solutions, LLC and client, “Client Name”, business owner and/or representative of “Company Name” is subject to be effective due to sign up date XX/XX/XXXX. This agreement shall govern the services provided by Beyond Media Solutions, LLC to the client, “Client Name”. This agreement may be amended from time to time, upon the written consent of both parties.

SCOPE OF SERVICES OF YOUR WEB MARKETING CAMPAIGN

Beyond Media Solutions, LLC is an independent marketing firm. Beyond Media Solutions, LLC shall provide “Client Name”, the following services as part of this agreement:

(A): Local and Organic SEO Improvement:
Local SEO allows business to stand out in the map sections and Organic SEO gives you visibility below the map section. It is proven to help customers find your business online quicker when they search your services and/or your business name. This will be an ongoing process that takes effect when you start the campaign. It is ongoing due to frequent algorithm changes of the search engines; we make sure that we update your information to keep up with search engine changes. Your business information is submitted to various directories. Some directories approve and enlist your business in 24-48 hours. Other directories require time to verify your business. Your Google My Business listing and Yelp listing requires minimal cooperation to setup and optimize successfully.

(B): Directory Subscriptions: Your business will be submitted to several directories on the web in order to increase necessary credibility required to improve online visibility on the search engines. Directory subscriptions and corrections are completed in the first month of services. Corrections of business name, address, and phone number will be submitted to misinformed directories. Changes may take up to 3 months, depending on the individual directory.

(C): Setup & Optimization of Google My Business, Yelp, and Business Facebook: Beyond Media Solutions, LLC will set your business up with a Google My Business, Yelp, and Business Facebook accounts if your business does not have one yet. Google My Business, Yelp, and Business Facebook accounts are free to create but the proper and necessary optimization of content, images, and monitoring is a service that Beyond Media Solutions, LLC offers with the campaign. Contacting the service providers such as Google to dispute ownership of the listing, reset the password, and any errors will be done by Beyond Media Solutions, LLC to ensure that your listings are setup appropriately to increase visibility. If your listings have been flagged as spam, closed, or have any other errors; your account manager will discuss the details with you and offer steps to resolve the issue. Issues with your Google My Business listing can prolong the setup process. Full cooperation is required on your behalf to fix the errors and successfully enlist your business. If you already have Google My Business, Yelp, and Facebook accounts it is required that you add your account manager as a Manager and Editor. Your account manager will instruct you on how to do this. If you deny the creation of any of the listings please disclose this to your account manager.

(C): Social Media Setup: Your business will have its own Business Facebook and Google post page that will be optimized in order to improve visibility and improve rankings. This process will take about 2 weeks to create and fully optimize with pictures, content, and correct information. If you already have these accounts setup, notify your account manager and allow them access to complete the appropriate optimization.

(D): Custom Website (If listed on invoice): Beyond Media Solutions, LLC will develop, optimize, and customize a lead generating website that is also mobile friendly. The website will be coded to rank organically on the search results for your selected specific keywords that pertain to your business. The website will take about 3-4 weeks to be completed; a preview will be shared with you to ensure your approval. Any changes, additions, and edits are free of charge as long as you are an active client. If you choose to cancel services, website is yours to keep as long as $2100.00 has been paid.

Beyond Media Solutions, LLC can, for an additional rate increase the security if your site by purchasing an SSL certificate. It is not required. You may purchase the SSL Certificate for your site on your own.

TERM
The initial term of this agreement will be effective from the sign up date XX/XX/XXXX. All services are on a month-to-month basis, no contracts with a recurring payment based on sign up date. The Client must notify his/her account manager 7 days before upcoming recurring payment of cancellation notice with signed cancellation document provided below.

REFUNDS
Client, “Client Name” has 7 BUSINESS DAYS from sign up to request a full refund. Client, “Client Name” must contact account manager or email billing department billing@beyondmediasolutionsllc.com to request a refund. After 7 business days, Beyond Media Solutions, LLC has already invested time, resources, and funds to start your web marketing campaign, therefore a FULL or PARTIAL Refund WILL NOT be granted.

LATE PAYMENTS
If monthly recurring payments are suspended due to insufficient funds, change of banking information, change of billing information and/or any other reasons your marketing services will be placed on hold until payment is processed successfully for that month. A delay on payment can prolong rankings. To update billing information please, contact your account manager.

CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason. To stop services, charges or automatic billing the Cancellation Agreement below needs to be signed and submitted to billing@beyondmediasolutionsllc.com or your designated account manager no later than 7 DAYS before your next upcoming payment.

After cancellation of services, Beyond Media Solutions, LLC will hand over all social media and directory accounts. Beyond Media Solutions, LLC will not be responsible for any of the services provided after cancellation of services.

CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation fees are applicable if the Client, “Client Name” cancels services WITHIN 7 days BEFORE UPCOMING PAYMENT. Fees are 50% of the upcoming payment. To AVOID cancellation fees, it is suggested that you send in the SIGNED cancellation agreement below NO LATER than 7 DAYS BEFORE upcoming payment.
